Pakistan was some planet millions of light years away, at least that is what it seemed prior to the Internet.

I have enjoyed being able to communicate with people who are around the world since the Internet came into my life. What a wonderful, fabulous device! Now, it seems I'm getting a bit of that reality slapped in my face.

Shakil is a man who lives in Pakistan. He is like me. He can no longer work because the migraine attacks are too frequent and intense. He is not like me. He cannot go to the doctor and get any relief.

His recent pleas on the migraine forum have hit home with a lot of my fellow posters. A few of us have tried contacting agencies who we think might help. Will we be able to help?
